Open the GitHub repository, choose Issues → New issue, then select the form that matches your goal. Each form explains the evidence required.
Correct information
Show the current value, proposed value, and a source that directly supports the correction.
Retire a record
Report a duplicate, withdrawn, replaced, or out-of-scope resource. Retirement preserves its provenance.
Evidence principles
Unknown is better than inferred.
- A working link does not prove a metadata claim.
- Public availability is not the same as permission to reuse or redistribute.
- Contributors provide evidence; maintainers assign the final verification status.
